1. Analyze Needs - The process
begins with an initial meeting to analyze the needs of
your company. We basically will talk about what
features your company web site should include and what
look and feel you are looking for. After this we
will have a better understanding of your needs and how
we can help make your online presence a reality.
2. Proposal Agreement - After the
initial meeting we put together a design package that
will cover the entire project of your company web site
to include the timeframe for completion and design
costs.
3. Build Web Site - We will
create a mock-up of the design for your site to include
a color scheme and layout. Upon approval of the
design we will finish the creation of your web site.
4. Collect Content - At this point we
will collect all content from your company and start to
add the content to all of the pages.
5. View Web Design - Once we have
added all of the content to your site we will move to
the testing phase. We will test all phases of your
web site to make sure everything works right.
Testing includes contact forms, scripting, shopping
carts, etc.
6. Tweak Design - After the
testing phase has been completed we will present the web
site to you for a last approval before your site goes
live and make any adjustments that are needed.
7. Publish Web Site - Once the
site has been uploaded to the server and is live we will
monitor your web site to ensure that everything is
running smoothly.
